A very aesthic mineral specimen from the Xue Bao Ding Mine in Pingwu, Sichuan Province, China. The cassiterite has very fine crystal form and sharp edges. It is very lusterous and sits in a matrix of mica. The proportion of matrix to cassiterite is excellent.
